June 2010 | We met on a high school study trip to Europe, becoming the best of friends in the city of love.
July 2010 | Our first date. It was a day spent at the beach, followed by dinner at our favorite pizzeria.
August 2011 | We began our college experiences in two different states; I stayed in Wisconsin, while he moved to Iowa.
August 2013 | After two years of long-distance, we became students at the same university.
August 2014 | In Iowa, we moved into our first apartment together as we prepared to tackle our final year of college.
March 2015 | John popped the question after a tour of the places we visited on our first date.
June 2016 | Nearly six years later, we are becoming the Bricks.
